Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products must be returned within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
  2. The air conditioner must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories, manuals, and components intact.
  3. Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Air conditioners that have been installed or used.
  2. Customized or special-order air conditioners.
  3. Items purchased during clearance sales (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0321-7227838 with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
